Pre- departure safety check
Boat control Operating at slow and fest speed Travelling and launching Different propulsion systems Towing Boat handling at different speed Manoeuvring in confined spaces ( marina ) leaving and coming alongside with different wind directions Coping with mooring boys Basic navigation Basic collision regulation Search pattern Knots and rope works Communication on board Using lines for berthing and leaving Anchoring |

RYA Power boat level 1 or 2
The certificate is delivered based on a permanent assessment ( except on direct assessment ) ICC: Uk nationalities of citizens from non- EU countries can receive an International certificate of competence (ICC) |
